My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were amazing; however, the receptionist, Mr Hemant, made my day the worst with a pathetic attitude. The service, especially from Ankit at reservations, Monaz at Banquets, and Jitendra at the Regal Hall, was truly professional and cooperative. The hotel is located centrally in the city, but they should improve their welcoming at check-in. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of local Gujarati delicacies. I found the stay to be a mixture of highs and lows.
During my 6-month stay with my business colleague, I found the hotel to be clean and offered rooms at the price of a 5-star category. Despite the extremely small television and dilapidated furniture in the room, the stay was comfortable.
