My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were amazing; however, the receptionist, Mr Hemant, made my day the worst with a pathetic attitude. The central air-conditioning and tea-coffee-maker in the room were outstanding, and everything was clean. The service, especially from Ankit at reservations, Monaz at Banquets, and Jitendra at the Regal Hall, was truly professional and cooperative. The hotel is located centrally in the city, but they should improve their welcoming at check-in. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of local Gujarati delicacies.
