Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers nice and clean rooms with soothing decor, although they are a bit expensive. The service is top-notch with friendly staff everywhere. The location is a big plus, situated in the heart of the city and near the railway station. The dining experience is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Overall, the hotel provides a great value for money.
During my 6-month stay, the hotel seemed newly renovated, offering spacious rooms with most expected amenities. The rooms had a mini-bar, an electric water kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar. However, some aspects were not up to the mark.
The hotel's European-style compact rooms are very tastefully done, with a fruit and cookie platter on arrival, but they are small for double occupancy. The service is attentive and cooperative, except for the butler expecting tips. The location is a prime advantage, close to the city's heart and popular high street areas. The dining experience offers a good spread with delicious food. The facilities are well-maintained and convenient.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly. The location was convenient for exploring the university area and visiting various attractions. However, the dining options could have been more varied. The facilities were satisfactory, providing a comfortable experience overall.
The hotel's rooms are a basic need for me as they come with a different theme and private bathroom facilities. Although I enjoyed dining at Azure restaurant, there were a couple of issues with the loose bathroom door latch and mosquitoes. The service at the hotel was personalized to meet my requirements rather than just based on staff availability. The location is excellent, being very close to the railway station, city, and airport. The dining experience offered great varieties and a hospitable atmosphere. The facilities at the hotel were up to par.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The rooms were spacious and pretty, with a very comfortable bed that put me to sleep as soon as I hit it. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the menu at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was exhaustive and mouth-watering. The waiters were efficient and extremely courteous, and the housekeeping was perfect. The class facilities, especially the new ones, made my stay even more enjoyable!
Staying on the 8th floor was a great experience. The spacious room with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities made it a relaxing stay. The buffet offered an extensive and mouth-watering menu, and the service from the waiters and housekeeping was impeccable. A perfect choice for my family, and the breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is conveniently situated near the heart of the city, making it very convenient. The service was welcoming overall, with a small exception, and the dining experience offered a good selection. The location near the railway station and airport is highly favorable, and the facilities are satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were amazing; however, the receptionist, Mr Hemant, made my day the worst with a pathetic attitude. The central air-conditioning and tea-coffee-maker in the room were outstanding, and everything was clean. The service, especially from Ankit at reservations, Monaz at Banquets, and Jitendra at the Regal Hall, was truly professional and cooperative. The hotel is located centrally in the city, but they should improve their welcoming at check-in. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of local Gujarati delicacies. I found the stay to be a mixture of highs and lows.
During my 6-month stay with my business colleague, I found the hotel to be clean and offered rooms at the price of a 5-star category. Despite the extremely small television and dilapidated furniture in the room, the stay was comfortable.
